Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (which may be modified at any time) are applicable to all direct or indirect services available online, through any mobile device, by email or telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website (www.lamamarural.com) or any of our available applications through platforms (“the websites”) and/or making a reservation, you agree to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions that are detailed below, including the Regulations relating to the Spa Area and all the points described in the Legal Information section, where the Privacy Policy is incorporated.

The content, structure, infrastructure, reservation and accommodation services provided on this website belong, are managed and supplied by the company CASTAÑÉ SALES GURB SL, with tax Id number B-64249642, registered office at C/ Cantonigros 10, Pol. Ind Les Casasses de Vic, 08500 (Barcelona).

1. BOOKING CONDITIONS

1.1 La Mama does not accept reservations of less than 7 nights during the months of July and August, except for the special promotions stipulated by the property.

1.2 La Mama will confirm the availability of the house by email to all interested customers, as well as the requested budget, check-in and check-out dates, agreement conditions and cancellation policy. The client must provide the necessary data to prepare the budget. The aforementioned data will be duly protected by the Spanish Personal Data Protection Law.

1.3 In the preparation of our budgets La Mama will always take into account the season of the year, as well as the number of nights and people.

1.4 La Mama will proceed to block the dates requested by the client during a maximum period of three 3 days. In this period of three 3 days, the client must pay 30% of the total amount in order to make the reservation effective. Failing that, La Mama will unblock said days, considering them available to make a new reservation. After receiving the payment, La Mama will always confirm the final reservation to the client by email.

1.5 Any additional night or service hired during the stay will be paid at the check-out time.

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT

2.1 At the time of booking, 30% of the total amount must be paid via bank transfer or POS.

2.2 The remaining 70% will be paid at the check-in time, in cash or POS.

2.3 Your reservation will not be final until La Mama has received 30% of the total price and a confirmation email has been sent to the client.

2.4 The confirmation of the reservation, together with the bank transfer receipt, will serve as guarantee for the hired services.

2.5 The tourist tax is not included in the rate:

– * Tax on stays in tourist establishments.

– € 0.90 per person and night.

– Applicable to people over 16 years old.

– The amount will be paid at the check-in time.

3. CANCELATION POLICY

Please, contact La Mama as soon as possible in case of cancellation and we will try to resolve it in a way that is convenient for both parties. However, our general regulations stipulate the following:

3.1 When cancellation is made more than 30 days before the check-in date, 30% of the reservation will be refunded.

3.2 When the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, the 30% of the reservation will NO be refunded. Only in the event that La Mama obtains a new reservation for the same cancelled days, the 30% refund will be effective.

3.3 In the cases in which the return to the customer has to be effective, said refund will be made via bank transfer to an account number provided by the customer through the email info@lamamarural.com.

3.4 La Mama is not responsible for errors in the account provided by the client. It is considered the responsibility of the client to correctly provide the information to make effective, in this case, the return.

3.5 In the event that the client changes the dates, it will be understood as a new reservation and will be subject to cancellation conditions.

3.6 All cancellations must be communicated to La Mama in writing and through the email info@lamamarural.com.

 

4. CHECK-IN

4.1 In order to properly program your check-in, we request you to inform us of your arrival time and any delay or change.

4.2 Your contact person at La Mama will provide you with the key and all the information you may need.

4.3 La Mama will be available to make the check-in from 18:00h to 20:00h.

4.4 In the case of needing to make the check-in before or after the designated hours, you must communicate it as soon as possible. La Mama reserves the right to accept or deny your request according to its needs and reservations.

5. CHECK-OUT

5.1 Check-out will be made before 11:00h on the agreed departure date. For weekend stays, the check-out time is postponed until 20:00h on Sunday.

5.2 In case you need to leave later than the established hours, you must notify it as soon as possible. La Mama reserves the right to accept or deny your request according to its needs and reservations.

5.3 The key sets must be given back to your contact person. Do not forget to check that you are in possession of all your belongings before leaving the house.

6. CLEANING

6.1 La Mama is committed to hire the accommodation in perfect conditions of cleanliness and use, and will try to resolve, as far as possible, the problems that may arise during your stay. For stays longer than 7 days, the client is offered the option of requesting a new cleaning every 7 days without charge.

6.2 If the client requests any additional cleaning that is not included in the budget provided by La Mama, the service will be subject to a complementary payment by the client.

7. HOUSE REGULATIONS

7.1 The Property (the cottage, the spa area and the garden) are reserved for the exclusive use of clients. Visits are not allowed; therefore they will not have access to La Mama, unless the owner authorizes it.

Likewise, the use of the facilities is not allowed to a higher number of people than established in the budget, children included.

7.2 Parties or events that are not previously authorized by La Mama are not allowed.

7.3 Minors are under the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.

7.4 The contracting parties undertake to keep the house properly closed while they are out of the property. La Mama is not responsible for the thefts, stolen goods or lost of the clients’ personal objects during their stay.

7.5 Pets can only access to the house upon request and authorization from La Mama. In any case, access to the Spa Area facilities is excluded.

7.6 Smoking is not allowed inside the house or the Spa Area. Customers can smoke only in outdoor spaces enabled for this purpose and always making use of the ashtrays provided.

7.7 Furniture and objects can’t be arranged or changed of location or room by the client, unless La Mama previously authorizes it.

7.8 The clients must inform La Mama immediately of any damage or lost that may happen during their stay and take charge of the repair or replacement cost, if La Mama deems it appropriate. Upon arrival, the client must provide the details of a credit card in which, if applicable, the cost of the damaged or lost item/furniture will be charged.

7.9 The clients must pay special attention and be respectful with the use of fireplaces and barbecues. Never leave the fires unattended and be sure to put them out when you are not present. Furniture, clothing and other objects likely to be flammable should be kept away from heat sources.

7.10 La Mama is not responsible for any problems that may arise with the power supply, electronic devices, appliances, mobile coverage, Wi-Fi and television.

7.11  Pool: We remind you that there is no lifeguard or surveillance service for bathers. Therefore, you must scrupulously follow the Spa Area’s Rules of Use. Both the pool and the Jacuzzi will be kept at the ideal temperature in degrees: 28º for the pool and 30º for the Jacuzzi.
